terco , are you refering to the socket on the player itself?

What do you mean by broke? Has it dislodged or has the pins broke off?

You can only charge the player via the usb socket. If it has dislodged, then perhaps you can open up the player and resolder the socket back.

If it is totally broken, then you will need to look for a replacement socket. You can try your local computer or electronic sparepart shops.

However, if it is still under warranty, i'll suggest your contact your seller for repairs/replacement.
