WOW! I must commend UXCELL for their great customer service. After I PMed Keith, the UXCELL representative here, telling him about my problem and asking for a course of action, he graciously replied that he would make sure UXCELL reshipped a working glacier to me. I just decided to sit back and wait, knowing how long those kinds of things could take. Imagine my surprise when 3 days after the PM, I received a reshipment confirmation (that was last Thursday, the 25th). I thought it would have taken them a much longer time than that to get my reshipment out. Keith must have really gotten on their case

. Imagine my even GREATER surprise when I received the player today, only 3 BUSINESS DAYS after the reshipment! From Hong Kong! WOW! Amazing, I tell ya. I didn't even know that was possible. The glacier (a white one this time) works fine and hopefully it won't randomly die like my other one. *crosses fingers* Thank you so much UXCELL. I look forward to doing business with you again because of your graciousness and honesty.
