nirh216 , it is not possible to extract full firmwares from player, you need to do it in a factory-level. The S1fwx can only extract the firmware dump.

You can theme a player using the S1res tool. The guide is here http://www.mympxplayer.org/how-to-mo...ng-vt1719.html

After opening the 2 screws, using a thin blade, try to pry between the front and back casing around the player. You should be able to locate a few latches around it. However, these latches are usually very fragile and break easily, so be very gentle.

And lastly, unfortunately the S1fwx tool does not support the v9.0.48. It only supports a maximum of v9.0.43. However, if your player is dead, there are a few v9.0.xx series firmwares which you can try. The link is here http://www.mympxplayer.org/actions-9...mare-dc37.html
