Ell the Ewok , the S1res tool is able to mod any versions. However, the S1fwx firmware extraction is unable to extract the firmware from your v9.0.50 player. So you can't mod your firmware with any themes.
You'll need to wait until the S1fwx tool is able to support your version. It is currently in the midst of development.
