hi.. i m new in this grp.. i own a mp4 player with 2gb memory.. it was working fine.. nut i m facing the problem tht when i m trying to upload any amv or the mp3 file.. its showing uploaded but when i m trying to play it in the player in care of the amv player its showing format player and in case of the mp3 files the player cant detect it.. nd its autometically restarted..i 've not still formatted it.. wht shud i do.. but the player can read the files which were uploaded back till the problem arises.. nd if i 've to format it.. from where nd how i can format.. there is no format option in my player.. plzz anybody help me. :cry: . my firmware version is
