well another problem occured.when i tried to upgrade the firmware it MP3 Player Firmware Upgrade Tool gives an error which says Read or write device information failed! Please exit the program and check if device is connecting
now tell me what do....and when i click ok program goes exit i am using latest version of MP3 Player Firmware Upgrade Tool v2.34 available on internet
