Cyper22 , basically with every new player received, i'll recommend a format with MP3 Utilities Disk Tool, which is in the included CD. With this format, you can determine the real capacity of the player and know if it has been tampered (hacked) or not. And if it is, you could proceed to demand a full or partial refund from the seller. The guide to it is here

The player is very simple to use, just drag and drop music files into the player and you're ready to go!
Besides, you can also theme the player which most other brand-name players do not allow.
