Nifo , i'll suggest you contact your seller for an exchange or refund. As there is no firmware extraction tool currently that supports your version.
messa , the S1fwx v3.1 currently only supports upto v9.0.43. So your other player using v9.0.48 is not supported. The firmware dump would also be missing some files.
If the firmwares in the downloads section do not work, then there is nothing much you can do except to wait for the extraction tool to support your player's firmware version.
