macher , it's difficult to tell of the player's chipset from the weblink you provided.

If it is still under warranty, i'll suggest you contact the seller for an exchange.

Else, you'll need to open the player to identify the processor's serial number. It'll be the second largest black chip on the player. Also, try to find any other serial numbers that you can locate from the player.
