When I get it, I will be sure to give a review.

I plan to copy 5 x 700MB Divx files onto it then to copy them back to my computer.
If the files copied back onto my computer are playable then it should be the real 4GB.

I'm not technical enough to split it open and peak in on the flash memory lol

What scares me right now is that the seller mentions "Caution: Please do not format the player; otherwise, you will loss all files that needs for running of the MP4 player." which may be a cover up to scare ppl from exposing the real memory size.

In general, there are many other Nokia-battery-based players. Some might have the same problems, some more and some lesser.

Do give us a player review of your purchase. Very interested to know of the real memory capacity. Since the seller stated that there are fake 4GB, whilst theirs are genuine 4GBs.
