whew! Well said, michiganjfrog. As you know, UXCELL sent me a replacement glacier for the one I had that suddienly died and I am more than grateful to them for that. I know that they did not have to do it and they didn't even require me to send the dead player back as proof. For all they knew, I could have lied just to get another glacier for free! (which of course I didn't, but you know what I mean). The replacement they sent isn't the best, but I know that they made a genuine effort to make me happy and I'm thankful for that. I wouldn't dream of patronizing UXCELL to the extent Hazel7797 has after they have been so gracious to me. It's a shame that people continue to take advantage of those who are trying to help them.
