_fm , i read the iSproggler link you provided. Seems that it works with iTunes?
Here is a thread by lddrizzt1 who found an additional program (iTunes Agent) that actually lets your Mpx player connect to the itunes program.

However, i'm unable to get it to work on my computer. Perhaps you can give the iTunes Agent a try, link your player with iTunes, then see if the iSproggler would work.
