I bought 2 osmium both 2GB one was a gift for my step daughter. I was able to fully charge both units and cram them full of data. My only problem is that one of the chargers does not work. So while my step daughter gets to enjoy charging her player I do not. It will not charge through the USB on the computer only through the wall charger. I have asked for a replacement but have not ever gotten a reply. I have boughted other USB travel wall chargers at surrounding stored but none of them will charge my player. What I dont get is.... why wont your player charge via USB, if you say its not the player thats at fault? If it cant charge via USB, then it cant charge via wall charger either. But since it does charge via wall charger, I suggest you try the USB option again (for now), ie. using your daughter's cable.

Why does it seem that UXCELL could care less about the customers they get and keep them returning? I will not reccomend them to anyone until my issue is fixed and they have proven that they take care of their customers.

Did you ever try reading the rest of this forum? They
have proven that they care about their customers, many times over, as others have testified. It may have taken time but in the end, they made good. They have a lot of customers, so don't assume you're the only one. Try emailing them again, directly on their site.
