I was not able to complete transaction of february 11 because your site will not accept the coupon code that was suppose to expire on feb 12. I was reluctant to buy another Mp3 player after this Ebay vendor mp4.wholesales did not respond to several my email right after that I received the product was received because It was not working right. The reason that I was going to buy another MP3/4 player and other items is because this site had a more positive outlook on your product. Why is your product differnet from the other when they look about the same? Is this product really warranted in case of hardware failure?
