mp4. i bougth it online from uxcell.com. Now after 2 weeks its dead. my pc can not recognize it. i have two pc i tried both of them does not get recognized. it does not even turn on. totally dead. so search online and i saw tis site. i tried to do wat u said. but still i can not get it recongnized. is there any way u can help me. i will be greatfull if u help make my mp4 works. my e-mail is
