dear friends, i have MP4 and when i connect it to pc it says ROCKSUB MP3 (NOT MP4!!) connected , and when i opened the manual it is saying for me to get the updates from carasion company which i couldnt reach it through the internet
and when i opened the MP4 i saw 3 chips
1st chip is big and lies under the screen and written on it SMSUNG
2nd chip is big also and written on it ROCKCHIP RK2606A
and 3rs small chip
do u have any idea which is my firmware? and what site provide me with my firmware?
