Default Mp4 is reconized as UNKNOWN DEVICE instead of ADFU or USB
Hi All,

I have a dead mp4 player as yall know.
Ive followed the DEAD PLAYER RECOVERY GUIDE but when i followed those steps i get an other message UNKNOWN DEVICE in the device manger. I am really stuck now please help me.

I have a 1GB Mp4 player 1,5inch firmware 3.5.35
