doobie , as your chipset is the ATJ2091H, it would be using firmware v9.0.xx series. Currently the firmware extraction tool S1fwx which you used only supports upto v9.0.43, most players use v9.0.48 or v9.0.50. That is why there are the error messages when you tried to extract it.
The firmware you extracted is of no use as there are missing files. What i can suggest is to try every v9.0.xx firmwares here
