phoenix99 , there are currently no Sunplus firmwares available in the downloads section. As there are no utilities that i know of that could extract firmwares from the player on the internet.
i'll suggest you contact your seller if it is still under warranty. Sunplus players usually need to be factory-reset if the firmware is damaged or player is dead.
