Just file a claim with Paypal, document a few emails and state in the dispute that YOU CAN PHOTOGRAPH THE PLAYERS own internal diagnostic screen reporting the actual memory. You DO NOT have to pay for a certified technician to document what is already obvious for you.
I think Ebay should be ashamed that they are not revoking this proven FRAUDS "Power Seller" status. Blown-Z now trades under the name "excesories" member#38726. If you search his/her items you cannot find any MP4 players at least, maybe they have learned a lesson (but I doubt it).

Wait a sec... you mean you just photographed the mem screen of your mp4 player and Paypal accepted that as documented evidence? If so, that would be very intersting info to many hacked player victims.
