It seems that this seller
world.seller has other alias names on ebay.
It certainly looks like the same ad as the scammer I had -
buy_lowest. Also known as
come_bid.

Seems to be the same scammer. I would bet that these are not the only 3 names used.
Ebay and Paypal won't do anything. These scammers generate revenue for them.
