I had written an email to APPLE
PR person, to ask his views about sell of "APPLE iPODs with FM radios" and Why does APPLE not advertise this feature, hoping that APPLE being a big company and supposedly very aggressive about their brand name, I never got a reply.
I had also included some links to ebay sellers claiming they are selling APPLE iPODs and the features were for CHiPODs.
On the same day, I complained to ebay about some 30 items from around 7 sellers, and also sent another email to tell them about my letter to APPLE.
I got reply to all my emails from ebay, and all the replies were same (standard email).
That very day, all the items with "APPLE" and "iPOD" in descriptions from these sellers were pulled off.
I was happy, that I stopped atleast some people from this scam.
But yesterday, out of curiosity, I was searching on ebay, and almost all the players have their items back on same, and with same exact description, claiming they are real iPODs
