Que , it's a good idea. However, most people would not bother to read all these and just proceed to download the firmware and flash it in. Cos if they really do bother to read, they won't end up flashing wrong firmwares into their players.
i did have a suggestion about 1-2weeks ago, where a java prompt could be added to the firmware download page.
