Yes, there's a 30 day warranty, as I understand, so you're covered. (UXcell may not be responding at the moment, as their site appears temporarily down). It may be best for you to try to find out if its a solvable problem on your end. To that effect... does Windows recognize the player at all when you connect it to your computer?
