ops: I have an Mp3 Mp4 player with a Samsung 643 chip, it should have 4g capacity but I can only get 17 meg. its firmware is ACT2097_S72_1 version 9.0.48. if you can help me with this I would be eternally grateful. all instructions need to be idiot proof as I am not very good at these things.
