nanocopyuser and momto7- not all actions chipset players are prone to die like the glacier. A lot of other players, in fact, are very reliable. I've had one for 5 months without problems. I would be wary of the glacier, though, because although some work perfectly, a LOT have a high death rate. Try the full metal platinum 1.8" or, if you're set on a 2" screen, the osmium instead. I haven't heard any problems with those except so-so battery life and 1 member whose osmium came with hacked memory for some reason. It's not a common occurence though, so don't worry.
