Hi everyone ,

I bought a Platinum 1.5 inch and while i was on the plane 2 days ago from holiday , the screen got stucked on the hourglass icon too !
I thought for 30 pounds , of course i get this kind of issues !
Can anyone help me to find how to get it working again . And i read the ''Dead Recover mp3 player" but i dont want to mess it up even more !
It was working fine for a week and then this happened !
i am very annoyed cos i really liked it .

I am thinking of returning it , but it will cost me more to return it than buy a new one !!
