alshere , at the moment the firmware extractor S1fwx v3.1 only supports upto v9.0.43. So the firmware dump you extracted beforehand had errors and wasn't a complete dump. You would have noticed some error messages whilst extracting.
If your player no longer works properly, i'll suggest trying all the v9.0.xx series firmwares here

If none of these work, try exchanging with your seller if it is still under warranty.
