Default Re: how can i know which video format my player could play?

botzon,

Did it come with any SAMPLE video files when you got your player?

Do you have a URL link to the player you bought?

Firmware version of 00.000.00 is generally not an Actions chip, so the .AMV and .MTV files are out.

I would say it's a Rockchip player given the firmware version. You might want to try the Rockchip video converter which is available in our Downloads area. It converts to .avi, but the AVI video file is specific for the player, you can't use any ol' .AVI file - such as DivX and Xvid avi files.
