hi everyone i know to MP4 world , but i got this problem my MP4 (ipod video)

would`t login and when i attech it with the usb cable it got this blue screen says Press meu key to format
the pc see it as mass storage not adufdivce which is the problem couse mp3 player utilities would not see it , also i need firmware for it ...... plzzzzzzz help thankx
