Default Anyone out there a lawyer or know about money laundering?

Adverting and selling a 2 Gigabyte player as containing 4 Gigabytes of RAM is clearly fraudulent - and as such it's a criminal activity. Most of the transactions regarding MP4 Players INSIST on using PayPal. Pretend ignorance although they may, Ebay has been repeatedly warned about the ongoing criminality of these frauds.... yet they continue to process payments.

Doesn't that amount - at least technically - to money laundering? If it does, then that's kind of interesting in that it's a facet of crime where investigation and/or prosecution isn't "optional" or "at discretion", but MANDATORY.

So, the solution seems to be: Don't go for the vendors... go for their money launderer. Which just happens to be an EBay subsidiary. I'm passing my comments on this to my local constabulary.
