i also live in the uk and am having the exact same problem
the audio and video is well out of sync by 5-8 seconds which is driving me mad! also i cant seem to upgrade the firmware cos when u try to it asks you to plug in the usb cable an then nothing happens. ive been to sumvisions web site an there doesnt appear to be an upgrade for the k-pacs firmware! some one plz help b4 i bounce it off the wall! its a shame because it performs really well the video play back is very good (apart from above problem!) and sound quality for mp3s is also good any help would be sooooooo appreciated cos this is annoying me to bits! ive got access to every video editing software there is so no prob there. maybe i should run through virtual dub an delay the audio by 5 secs or so? any ideas anyone? thanks for any help brad...........
