the speaker is good if you dont want it very loud. Construction seems good but buttons are cheap. it responds well in menu's (main menu's such as music, photo ect). but like the FMP it fades tracks, file browsing is slow and going into the music menu to get to equalizer, repeat, ect is slow. it seems pretty high quality audio wise though.
as with any Chinese MP4/MP3, quality can vary player to player even from the same series.
ill give it a 7/10 as i have seen better players, i myself would recommend the Glacier if you want a long lasting play time, it has a built in speaker but the failure rate is high.
