You have 'updated' your player with the wrong firmware and have disabled (bricked) it.
Please note that in the majority of problems with mp4 players, firmware is the last thing thats at fault. You should never flash foriegn firmware to your player unless it is already 'dead'
Your only option now is to go to the dead player recovery guide and follow the instructions.. here >
