i bought an mp4 from UXCELL and used it for about 2 days and it froze now i am trying to find and firmware to upgrade i have tried the firmware they have given on their website when i update it my player just shuts off and turns back on, but there is no other movement other than just a bluew screen comes up, it is detected as a flash drive i can upload stuff on it but that is it i cant listen anything on it or maybe there is not firmware on it, and i cant find the rite firmware either, so can somebody plz plz plz tell me where can i get the rite firmware from?? i have tried some ov the firmwares listed on this side but there is still no moovement in the player
