Well the best i can do is get the temp file up to 1.95gbs i've tried many variations with the Disksize and memsize...

MEMSIZE=90000000
DISKSIZE=6400000000

These settings seem to do the best for me at least.

I'm relatively sure this will make it through most 700MB avi files if its much bigger than that the only thing I can do at this point is break it in to 2 pieces which u can do with the AMV Converter software fairly easily.

Anyway if anyone has a better fix or more to add please do.

Also if anyone can tell me how to bump up my fps from 12 to 16 in 192x160 that would help too =)
