Ok first question. What are firmwares and what is it used for. And what is the use of upgrading to a firmware. And while I brought this in 3rd pic you can see the cd, But when the item arrived the cd was this small camcorder type cd and I dont think I can use that in my computer. And How long can this kind of mp4 player survive? I heard the most was 3 or 4 months but Im not sure...And also what can I do to take care of it? All questions answered will be really appreciated.
