That depends on your firmware version. The program called s1fwx can only backup versions 9.0.43 and below. The latest players come with version 9.0.48 or 9.0.50. These new versions can't be backed up properly with the tool and currently there is no other software program that can. Only the firmware that can be backed up can be 'themed'
