Either way, i'll urge that those who got scammed by this seller to immediately open a dispute, and demand a partial or full refund.
He is deliberately trying to stall for time and hopefully most of those cheated would just get frustrated, throw the player away, and forget about the whole issue.
So open a dispute now if you have not done so.
