Hi there. I bought a mp4 rockchip 2.4" TFT screen (trademark = Iwin) and works sweet.

The only problem is the video converter: AviConverter 3.0
This program only allows me randomly (apparently) to convert a video file from time to time. I can hardly convert anything and it only works on some (and only some) series files and little files, but no movies or whatever, which is quite frustrating... It is supposed to support MP4 AVI, MPEG, MPG AND WMV (at least)

It works like this: you add a file to convert, (cross your fingers to make it work) and the program stands by with no result (even any error!)

I've checked the file extensions and they all match and still some working, most of them not.

I've also tried AviConverter 2.0 (which is not good for my mp4 cos of the resolution, which is lower than mine [320 x 240] )
and LOTS AND LOTS of different programs, but it always fails.

As everything up there failed, I've tried to install in my pc tons of different codecs, with no apparent result...

I'm quite desperated... Please: What can I do? Does anyone have any alternative or have the same trouble than me!

And if there's no solution to this problem.. is it possible to hack the player so I can install any other software or something to make it more compatible???

PS: I am using WINDOWS XP I've also tried to install the AviConverter 3.0 on a different pc with much less rubbish (less codecs and drivers installed) so it was supposed to work properly.. No way. I think it is Windows XP as well. The program was also tested at my sister's pc (far away from where I'm living) and she seems to have no problem. But she's using Windows HOME (I tell u this, though I don't really believe it will be the main problem).
