Hi! please help me about firmware of mp4 player "SONY" blue screen

i only can update .fw file, but can't update .bin , why?...

i've tried more than 20 firmwares but it didn't work except 2 firmwares:

+ 3.5.37v2.1bFM: USB ok, only display 128*128 pixels ok(its LCD is 128*160), no backlight of keyboard, no music because the keys are change==>?, no fm
+ SPA-609BJ1-V1.1: USB ok but only backlight of keyboard works, LCD is dark

My Mp4: chip SAMSUNG 625 K9F4G08U0A
SPT SP3767HN
lcd 1.8 inches
(it has many color keys)

but i don't know its firmware
