sellers tell you they will refund partially and want you to withdraw your negative feedback but they do not refund. you wait forever once you withdraw. if you paid a high price, do not get the item and open a dispute in Ebay or paypal. do not forget, you have to open it in a specified time period.otherwise they do reject. Or, get item and open a dispute but in this case you have to submit some documents ebay request, such as a report from a technical firm showing you are right.
