This is the storyline what will happen when you open a PayPal dispute

1) After you open the PayPal dispute, PayPal will require a written report from a independent electronics expert to proof that you got scammed. This will set you back 25 USD

2) The next step will be that PayPal wants you to return the player to the seller on your expences. This will set you bakc another 25 USD

3) After the seller receives the player, he needs to report this to PayPal and then PayPal will give you a "full" refund with money they withdraw from the sellers account. If the sellers drained or cancelled his account, there will be NO refund.

4) In the best case scenario, PayPal will give you a "full" refund MINUS 25 USD handling fee. In the worst case scenario you will have spend another 50 USD more, and get nothing.

So final conclusion, the scammers, Ebay and PayPal are the perfect partners in crime.

Ebay wins money on placing the advertising and commision on the sale. PayPal wins money on the PayPal payment and will receive another 25 USD bonus for handling your complaint.
