I'm not sure what happened, but I know they were there one day and gone the next. There is another website,
http://www,protechstore.com which sells their products, I've heard they're a good place to purchase from, but I cannot personally verify that. I just bought mine off eBay for cheaper, we'll see if its memory hacked or not.
