Default Loose USB port on MP4

EDIT: It's this mp4, but doesn't last 6 hours (fully charged), even though it says: http://cgi.ebay.com.au/MP3-MP4-DIGIT...QQcmdZViewItem

My mp4 player has a very loose USB port; each time I try to plug in a head to recharge it. It usually falls out even though it's on a flat surface and it is missing one screw.

One possible reason is that since actual cable was broken (Don't use anymore), I only use one head and charger. This may have loosened the port and caused the screw to fall out. The two pieces (black front, silver back) are also loose due to only having 3 screws.

Is there anyway to fix the USB port? Making it more tight. Will putting a screw in stabilize it? Why?

P.S. It is over 1 year old, the first cable I got in with the mp4 didn't even work; probably had broken wires inside.
