I know we ship from 3 different location 2 warehouse's in the USA and our factory in China. At the time most of you placed your order I do know they were making changes by discontinuing the Super Nano 2 and 3 line. So if you ordered one of these players most likely you will get a free upgrade to a NanoVenom 1.5 or 1.8.
vimkgt if you placed your order on 03/27 yes that is longer then normal. Did you order a Super Nano model ? If so that could have been the hold up. I know in most cases they will ship you some free accessories or something for delays. Send me a PM if you need more help I will give you my boss e-mail address.
