I ordered on 4/8 a DITA, but still hasn't shipped yet, but the credit card has already been charged for #2108.
I recieved a response saying it takes 3 - 14 business days for processing and shipping.
I am used to internet time and always expect stuff to ship moments after I click the mouse button. :lol:
