I am aware that i am going to be asked for a report for proof of the item not being as described but that is just going to cost me even more money.

I also do not want paypal to take $25 of my money for the sellers lies.

It just seems easier to me to send the item back (recorded & signed for delivery) and get my money back without having to pay anything extra.

I only paid £25.84 for this item, to have to pay $25 for the report and then to lose $25 to paypal i wont be gaining anything will i? approx 50p-£1 at the most, and thats if i win the dispute.
