Ya its hacked I think. If you bought it from a store ask for a refund..if you bought from like ebay or online store, It will be hard for you to get refund.
And 16 gigabit = 2gb doesnt necessarily means it will have 2gb instead of 16gb. Its hacked so they can hack any kind of mp4 and make it look like it has tons of space.
