HI miffedmom thanks for the reply, the instructions for the player tell me that they need converting to avi files for the player to be able to play them.
I converted part of a dvd to avi from the avex dvd ripper but the player doesn't recognise the file.
What I want to do is convert a film dvd to play on the player.
